Step-by-step: Use Ledger Start to set up your device

1. Open Ledger.com/Start and select your device model (Ledger Nano X or Nano S Plus).
2. Download Ledger Live for your platform (Windows/macOS/Linux/iOS/Android) and install it.
3. Power on and initialize your Ledger device. Choose “Set up as new device” unless recovering from an existing seed.
4. Create a PIN directly on the device — not in the app. This PIN unlocks the device locally.
